Hope Across Nations (HAN) was founded in April 2024 by a group of compassionate volunteers who—though once working independently—came together through a shared calling: to uplift people facing difficult circumstances and improve their quality of life. What began as individual acts of kindness became a united movement, driven by the belief that no one should struggle alone.

Rooted in Cleveland, Ohio, with branches across multiple states, HAN was established to extend its reach, amplify awareness, and unite communities in meaningful service. The organization partners with trustworthy local nonprofits around the globe to bring hands-on support where it’s needed most.

With eyes on the future, Hope Across Nations is deeply committed to mentoring and involving the next generation—empowering young people to become active carriers of hope and stewards of global compassion.
